If you jump off the waterfall from the Orban Glades area and start swimming immediately to the right where the chest is located behind the waterfall you will swim under the beach.

Sure when I get home, if I remember. If you come out of Sacrament on the way to Orban Glades and jump in the river and swim all the way down to where the giant water fall is. You can jump off that waterfall. When you land if you swim to the right immediately, go under the waterfall(sprint swimming) where there is a hidden beach that often has a chest you can swim under the beach. If you go slow it doesn’t happen. If you can’t repeat this I’ll make a video.
I have a video but it’s 1GB long and not sure if I have software to edit it. Sadly it took me multiple tries to reproduce the bug. But you can see how NOT to reproduce it.
