Issue: Currently, the UI elements are anchored to the far edges of the screen. On 21:9 ultrawide monitors, this creates a significant physical strain on the player’s eyes and neck. Comparing items requires constant head movement from the far left (Inventory) to the far right (Chest/Comparison tooltip).
Proposed Solution (based on the attached screenshot):
-
Centralize the Workspace: Move the Chest inventory and the item description tooltips closer to the center of the screen.
-
Dynamic Tooltip Placement: The item description (e.g., for the “Truestrike” / “Трупорез”) should appear immediately adjacent to the equipped item slot or the inventory grid, rather than being pinned to the far right edge.
-
Requirement Visibility: The current layout often hides or obscures critical information, such as Attribute Requirements (Strength, Dexterity, etc.), making it impossible to tell at a glance if the player can even use the item being compared.
-
Ergonomic Layout: Aim for a layout where the Inventory, Comparison Window, and Chest occupy the central 50-60% of the screen width, leaving the peripheral areas empty.
Summary: On large ultrawide displays, “pixel travel distance” for the eyes matters. Bringing the UI to the center will significantly improve the “Quality of Life” for players who spend a lot of time managing builds and comparing gear.
