Hi,
Static rune visual effect stays on the character even after rune effect ends. The visual persist even while being naked, through death, relog, realm change.
not only does it stay on the character model, it stays even if you change to another char.
only restarting the game fixes it.

I can also confirm,
having issues playing my character now due to lagging since I carried on playing with it and it just kept adding more and more electrical FX slowing things.
I have a pretty good PC details attached, I tried some things to reset it, it never goes away.
Any news when we could get a fix? or even be shared a temporary reset for it? so i can keep playing.

Saw this mainly with the tarnished wand. If I use static rune, the lightning on the player’s hands does not go away, even after changing realms or even characters. Requires a full restart of the game to resolve.
