The rune static I believe is missing the rune tag.
It does the same damage with and without a rune ring. It’s not benefitting from “Damage increased by current durability” enchantment and it is not triggering fatalities.
No worries, just incase you do end up needing it. It is in fact triggering on kill effects. I tested attack damage on it as well previously and that doesnt seem to increase the damage of static either. Not sure if that’s relevant, but thought I would let you know.
