This perk combo increases the stamina regen much worse than it should on paper. When I have max durability (146) my stamina regen bonus must be 24-25. But it’s only 9 (40 before, 49 after). Even if it didn’t count +71 durability from enchantment, 17% from 75 durability would still be 12-13. Numbers just don’t match. So I guess it just functions wrong.

How much of the items durability was repaired when you checked?
It says Stamina Recovery increased by 17% of “Current Durability” = Durability that is Currently Repaired
(Not “max durability”)
By “max durability” I mean that when I have maximum I will have this much of a bonus. And before testing the numbers I went to the blacksmith and repaired everything.
Remember that each piece of equipment have a % stamina recovery decrease, and decrease vary depending on what type of armor:
cloth
leather
mesh
plate
And also Facets can affect the outcome.
It is a cloth armor and it has 0 in this stat. Besides, it shouldn’t affect the enchantments to start with. And if it is - it’s one more bug.
If Character base Stamina regen is 35?
The increase is around 25% or 26%
from 17%×146=24.82 ≈ 25
or 17,5%×146=25.55 ≈ 26 (because of hidden decimals)
0.25×35=8.75 ≈ 9
0.26×35=9.10 ≈ 9
Sorry im not that good at math you could probably get a more accurate response from someone else here on the forum.
So instead of using an additive that is calculated from the durability (as the description states), it takes the number (result of calculation) and uses it as a multiplier to my original stamina recovery speed? To say that it is very strange is to say nothing.
