Should I refund on Steam to get the PS5 Founder's Pack?

Unfortunately, I missed the July 10 deadline for the Founder’s Pack on Steam. I actually already bought the game on Steam today, not realizing that, even though Early Access hasn’t ended yet, the Founder’s content is now only available if I pre-order through the PS5 store.

This puts me in a bit of a weird situation. I wanted to ask if there is any difference or benefit to keeping my Steam purchase before Early Access ends? Since I can still get the Founder’s Pack by pre-ordering on PS5, I am wondering if I should just refund the game on Steam and wait for the console release so I don’t miss out on the extra content.

Any clarification would be appreciated. Thank you!

You’d miss out on a cheaper price, especially now that it’s on sale. The price at 1.0 will likely be 60$ and even with a potential pre-order sale it would probably cost more than the current 28$.

The Cerim armor early access reward is also only available by buying it prior to 1.0 on Steam, although you would miss out on the founder’s pack as you said.
