Suddenly lifesteal on damage dealt runestones and focus regeneration enchantments stopped working on all my gear. Tried to unequip/equip, equip new, relog and etc.

In what way did you enable your character to have lifesteal?
Gems, specific enchantments or the ring?

I am using Chipped Blood Stone on the weapon for lifesteal and focus regen enchantment on helmet. Up until yesterday everything was fine.
The focus enchantment not working on helmet is confirmed!
You are not seeing any lifesteal numbers from your daggers? You have damage numbers enabled?
This would be new so please excuse my doubt 
Can you test it a little bit more?

I did the testing with dual daggers, dagger, 1h and 2h sword (damage numbers are enabled):
Gem lifesteal is functional (as of 28 feb it was not) without numbers showing up.
Lifesteal enchantment on backstab is functional without numbers showing up.
Lifesteal enchantment on kill is functional and numbers appear.
