Consumables Timer Feedback & Suggestions

The wait time between using consumables feels unnecessarily restrictive. While I understand its intent to increase the intensity of fights and encourage tactical gameplay, I believe it detracts from the overall experience. Personally, I find myself more focused on when I can next heal rather than fully engaging in the fight.
