Rare bugs from Echo Knight dying in an abnormal way

  1. Echo knight (dismounted) can be knock back quite a bit when frozen.
  2. I v pushed Echo knight down the cliff so he fell and died…the revival buff from a legendary echo remained outside the crucible and therefore my character can not be killed by most attacks (there is no reviving, my character simply become invincible after reaching 0hp), effect wears off after quit and reload.
