It’s not everytime but when it does count it hurts my run and ruin my hardcore progress. I don’t entirely know when it is initiated but it happens when my character climbs up a platform. My friend also experienced it from climbing up roots in the Marin Woods. I was at the Mariner’s Keep so I don’t think the location mattered.

I haven’t seen anyone reported this yet but I know some people that experience it is all. Not sure if there’s a similar title. 360 turn? 180 degree turn?
