PvP - area + duelling

I really enjoyed the first two season of diablo 4 in terms of PvP. Even though PvP wasnt really a thing blizzard they gave any attention to in D4, a small community was created and it made the whole experience super fun to be invloved in. A suggestion im thinking of is like a PvP zone where theres mobs u can fight as well as other players roaming where it could turn into a free for all PvP zone. Then a little town within the zone with blacksmiths, enchanting, healing etc available but no fighting allowed. A duel option as well when interacting with any player outside of these zones or joining a server/realm. Balancing is always gonna be a difficult part but a consistent area like a Pvp zone to showcase all your hard work you put into your end game build where its constantly fun to fight friends or randoms on a daily.
