Remove the pestilence debuff that removes all focus after using a rune.
Its just annoying and gamebreaking for bow builds.
It also doesnt allow the chant rune to create focus in exchange of health, because it removes all focus after using the rune. So youve just lost all ur health for nothing.
u can just re-roll the affix with using embers from your inventory. no need to remove it from the game. i love to use it with my non rune pure melee builds.

I still think it should be removed entirely, because its that bad and problematic.
No need to keep it in and annoy players and waste embers.
