After completion of Faith and Flame quest, a permanent re-spawn point has been set to Caylen, just at the exit of the cave/tunnel(when coming from Nameless Pass). Interacting with a whisper does not fix the issue and every time I join or die on that realm, my character respawns in Caylen.
I had the same issue with one of my characters. I fixed it by:
- talking to the Madrigal in the Caylen cave until she says “Leave me, Cerim…” (possibly not necessary)
- then walking out of the cave from the spawn point all the way to the broken gate. Don’t teleport away with Return, you have to walk through the cave
- on the way out, Pestilence spawns and the quest “Spilled Blood” updates
- from this moment on, you can activate any whisper and it will work again as your spawn point
I hope this works for you as well.
It seems that whoever designed “Spilled Blood” and “Faith and Flame” did not take into account that many players would simply “Return” to Sacrament instead of walk out of the cave.
