Performances are not improving

I’m on a laptop with r9 5900HX RTX3070 32GB
I play in 1440p (external screen) (so igpu is bypassed)

I’m in quality with the dynamic resolution scaling activated (as set by default by the game)
performances were fine at launch (could be better but were ok), but now instead of getting better and better (following the patch notes), they seem to be worse and worse
there is an insane amount of stutter when running, framerate is not stable at all, it is not reaching 60 fps anymore (except for some small areas)

I tried putting v sync on yesterday and it helped a bit my pc is very old doesn’t run very good on any game.

But maybe try see if it helps
