[Patched] Invisible wall on Dano's scaffold in Sacrament

My character cannot go up the stairs on The Gallows shortcut. They are just sprinting in place like there is an invisible wall.

Noticed this as well during a new Breach Refined run.

Invisible wall right there on the scaffold. Can’t climb up !

As shown in the image the character cannot walk upwards the stairs on the scaffolding.Data and Logs

After building the staircase in Sacrament, you can climb it, but there is an area at the bottom where this is impossible unless you go around the edge.

I am not sure what to do with the logs, but I was not able to walk up the stairs here. I hit an invisible wall.
