There’s a cave entrance under a drawbridge over the waterfall in the area just before the first boss. The entrance of it is lit up. When I try to enter it I immediately die
Happened to me as well
At the start of the game, I entered the cave and died instantly. Upon returning to the cave, I was able to enter.
NOTE: I was not taking damage and was unable to reproduce this issue after the first death.
