[Patched] Can't scroll in vendor screen with controller

[IKON]

I can scroll with the mousewheel but the controller will not let me go down further. I am using a PS5 controller on a PC. I tried left stick, right stick, D pad. Swiping across the track pad. Nothing seems to work.
