I got a weapon in Cerim Crucible, it’s lv16 and it requires me 62 DEX to use, and I get another same name weapon in open world at lv9 only need 42 DEX as normal. How am I supposed to use it? all weapon drops in Cerim Crucible has a higher requires than 42. it’s clearly not right?
