On the Quest “The Potion Seller” you have to touch a Plant.
After this you have to glimb up in order to get the quest done. At the point where you reach the second Brand-Granade Enemie you can just Clip through the stones by climbing up. I hope the Screen Shot can help you with this. Cheers and keep up the great work <3
