Normal and plagued echoes have the same chance off having a successful outcome

I don’t know if this is intended or not, but both the normal and the plagued echoes have the same chance. This doesn’t make much sense imo, as the plagued version costs more and has an additional negative effect.

Echoes “Rogue Shot” and “Fateful Blow” have the same description, but have different rarities.
5% Chance to execute non-boss enemy on Damage Dealt

Updated the post, still haven’t fixed it since beta.
