Non-Rune items in Upgrade/Enchant/Rune Leads to Upgrade Tab being Empty (Co-op)

After a recent session playing with a friend, I experienced reconnecting issues, which were compounded by the fact that my internet is been a little haywire lately, reaching ping of almost 6000.

After that, I noticed that there was a Raw Bass in my runes tab at Eleanor Vendor. I tried to interact but it wouldn’t do anything. I moved some inventory in my chests at a house, and went back and instead, 20 ghost items showed up (2 in the bottom left corner of the images attached in the Google Drive) in my inventory, which cannot be interacted with or sold. Then I lost the Upgrade Screeen at Fillmore Vendor.

Relogging has not affected this, iupgrading workaround hasnt been found (i really wanted to upgrade some gear), and I have no idea how to go about recreating this bug.

Hi Lunesave, I am not able to tell what you exactly mean with Raw Bass or the ghost items. Could you clarify this for me?

Also, did the issue go away or not?

Hi Silas, The issue did go away after i sold the additional items, there was a picture in the folder I shared where there were Upgrade Materials (IE: Torn Effigy/Bear Skull)) in the same tab as my Runes, and these items would show up in my Upgrade tab, as well as Runes and Infuse Tabs at Eleanor, not allowing me to upgrade my gear at all and at times not even loading the upgrade screen at Fillmore or Merri Sisters.

It has been since solved, as i could eventually sell the items in question, thus allowing me to purchase upgrades once more, so there no issue anymore, just odd that it happened. Apologies for the delayed response!
