No corruption for me? Pestilence areas endgame

Hi! i clean the first pestilence area on endgame and im not having more. I cant farm to upgrade my gear this is a bugg?

my friend have pestilence on 3 areas at same time and when he clean one spawn other almost inmediatly :frowning:
