Needle Spear is the Best and the Worst

Playing the Needle Spear is very appealing. It has one of the best attacks at the end of a combo. But it does not charge and it leaves you wide open to attacks while it performs because it does not stagger opponents except when the stagger bar goes full. While most maces or swords or even the charged Pig Sticker stagger most opponents out of an attack the needle spear is basically a long stick that pokes people while being poked back. It’s like Skyrim hit be hit! I’d love it if this changed given the unique attack at the end of the combo makes it worth using. Otherwise I’m gonna have to shelve it because I take too much damage using it while trying the combo. Every other enemy by the way staggers you if you get hit with this attack (think plague doctor).
