Since patch 01 (2024-05-04), it is now possible to obtain multiple copies of the Ancient Tablet when looting the chest after the Echo Knight (in the same realm, I mean). Since these are quest items and it is not possible to delete them, they can potentially fill up all the quest slots available. Please have a look into it.
