After the patch it looks like some key have re-spawn so far I have duplicate of:
Edit: these keys keep re-spawning in the same realm i would have 3 copy now if i picked them up again.
Yep happening to me aswell
I confirm, it seems that the keys reappear in the same way as the other items/chests.

i was just looking around to see if anyone else also reported this bug , can confirm it happened to me as well
Yes. I now have many duplicates in my bag. And i dont dare to delete them. 
Can you even delete them?
I don’t see a discard on my screen…
I have 4 cottage keys… and a duplicate of another type…mess hall.
I pick up blue things… and now my Key inventory is filled with duplicated taking up slots. @thomasmahler
We’ve identified the problem and are working on a fix!
not only keep respawning, the same keys in package can not deduplicate
Yep the issue happens with any key items unfortunately. Next patch will have a fix though!
hello adis can you help me pleas i tryd everyways possible to get the stone tablets but i just cant, after playing crusible for 58 times orso, icant even get one of them it very frustrating! help pleas help!
The tablet is no longer required as of Crucible update, you should no longer need it to progress the story in the Spoken and Unspoken Questline.
If there is something you are stuck on please let me know.
They respawn for me as well, also the doors they open are closed again which is really annoying. Don’t know if they are closed again each time the keys spawn but it sure happened to me once in black trenches and once in mariner’s keep with the western bridge key.
