Bleed is currently only available from blade oil or infusion. Bleed lacks an enchant utility rune and bleed tag rune attacks, forcing players to either sacrifice their weapon infusion slot or spam and craft consumables.
Please add bleed enchant utility rune.
I agree, I don’t understand why there are so few ways to obtain this element. Especially since elemental synergies.

Somehow took me maybe 20 hours to find one lol. The drop rate seems way lower than the rest, so I understand the confusion. Not that I know the actual numbers, but seems like a shared experience FRFR
