In coop, if I or my friend has any menu (inventory, map, etc), and someone else opens another menu, or interacts with something in the world (book, merchant, etc), then exits, the menus anyone else has open also closes.

Excellent report Boundman!
I am relaying this immediately, thank you.
Silas
Platform/Input: PC — Xbox controller
Mode: Multiplayer / Co-op (2+ players in same world)
Steps to reproduce:
Player A and Player B are in the same co-op session in town.
Player B opens a crafting UI (e.g., Builder’s Workbench / crafting table) and navigates to a specific craftable item (item is highlighted/selected).
While Player B is still in the crafting menu, Player A starts selling items to any vendor (vendor sell screen).
Observe Player B’s crafting menu.
Expected: Player B’s crafting selection remains intact (stays on the currently selected item / submenu) regardless of Player A selling to a vendor.
Actual: Player B’s crafting menu loses the current item selection and is bumped back to the craft category selection screen.
Frequency: 100%
Notes: Happens specifically when another player is actively selling to a vendor while someone else is browsing a crafting menu.

I was playing with friends and we noticed that if multiple people are in menus related to items, sometimes inputs from one user were also applied to the menu of another user.
We had these things happen:
- While A was trying to craft a bow and B was at a merchant, the menu of A would move around when B navigated in their vendor menu
- While A was trying to apply an extracted enchantment (extracted by using an ember) and B was in a vendor menu, the UI of A did the animation & sound as if the enchantment got applied. The enchantment was not actually applied though, but it was a freaky moment.
