Is it possible to move the map using the mouse?

You mean like unlock the minimap UI so that you can move it around and place wherever you like?

Or dragging the mouse on map to move the map view?

Have you tried the different control alternatives for mouse and keyboard and see if any of them could change the map interaction?

I use the mouse to move my character, but my keyboard is on azerty. I can swith with qwerty. But, dragging the map with a mouse is faster than using the keys.
