The boss is in the cavern of the three sisters, but you cannot access the savepoint nearby since you will get it after going into the cave. The walk of shame on a failed attempt is quite long.
Please let us climb the stones to the savepoint or somehow reach the felled tree leading to it before entering the cave.
edit: I see, it is the waypoint after huntress, which is not even accessable after the cave…well.
