This one has been around for a little while and although someone did remove the ledge at the top of vines by shifting the wall assets forward… you can still climb up onto the side, onto an invisible ceiling, and jump across 
It doesn’t lead anywhere so it’s a fairly minor issue. I just like being a bit of a monkey.
