In the Lowland Meadows there’s a hut you can reach by jumping off the side of the roof. Inside there’s a rat monster which is normal and you can open the door from the inside out. However, you’re able to move inside the hut and jump over what shouldn’t be jumpable and reach a spot that is completely bugged - you can’t move from there.
It’s reproducable and the only way out is to die or go to realms and unstuck via last whisper.

There are two houses very close to each other here. The smaller house can be entered through the back door. After entering the house, I pressed Shift + movement key, which triggered the climbing animation. The character climbed over and then got permanently stuck in this spot.

This location is where I’m doing a quest with Lara, near the entrance to the house she leads me to during The Weeping Sisters quest.
I got stuck in this position. I initially was in the room behind my back. And I don’t know how I was able to jump through the wall to this other side. But when I did, I got stuck.
Also: No images to show but I got stuck behind Finley in Sacrament. He was seating on his bench/chair. I might have dashed (since I have a Fast weight class) behind him, then got stuck there.
