Lara not opening the door to an elevator

Lara does nothing but just stands in-front of the door that she is supposed to open as a part of The Weeping Sisters quest.

Fixed the issue by exiting to desktop and starting the game again, a Talk option is now available

Still happening unfortunately, happened to me just now and I’m running latest update. Exiting to desktop & restarting fixed this
