Is there a way to see descriptions of weapon abilities?

Hi, I picked up a gold weapon with a bunch if abilities on it (the ones where u hold either bumper and hot a face button to activate)

The problem I’m having is that there doesn’t seem to be any descriptions of what these abilities do. Normally I’d expect to see this in a more detailed sub menu in the inventory when inspecting the weapon. I can’t seem to find it. Any help here would be super helpful. Is this a missing feature or just hard to find?

Chinese seems to have already resolved this issue in the previous patch. Before it was resolved, I switched the language to English and then translated it
