Infected ennemy gloves affix doesn't trigger Barrier on kill

I’m playing a plague build with the affix “you kill inflicted ennemies who have low life” and i don’t gain barrier from my weapon with the affix “gain X% Barrier on kill” when i kill an ennemy with the affix from my gloves. Not sure if it also doesn’t work with others on kill effect
