Humble request: Increase gem drop rates

Good evening. Been playing this game constantly for the last 2 weeks, loving it. I just wanted to mention that, in this entire time, I have had exactly one of each of the following:

small feather
emerald
armor shard

I used each one of these on my gear thinking I’d get more. Dozens of hours later, none. Would really appreciate an increase in the drop rates for some of these. Thanks!

I have a max level I play, and never come across gems, ever.

I started a new toon an my inventory is filled with them.

Have to wonder if it’s a bugged droprate like clay.
