Hotfix 7 Bugs - Skating, Sleeping, Fighting and... Picking up silver ingots?

“Just so devs are aware…

Since the latest patch, I spend most of my time skating not walking or running (forward facing, no foot movement as if on a Segway)

If I try to use the bed in my house, a lot of weirdness goes on including glitches and odd transparency, but the main bug is that I do not lie down but just stand beside the bed in a crucifx position. (Also Y button input only registers on one side of the bed (not other side, foot or standing on top of it)

Picking up Silver Ingots leads to large black white and red text appearing on screen saying “Silver Sword 999”

Also noticing a lot more lag and stuttering as I play (was pretty smooth before)

Game is excellent though - love the art style, the voice acting and the dialogue and story in general so far. Looking forward to more.

Yup, same thing happened to me after finishing Pestilence Zone. It persists on few characters.

Same problems. I noticed it tended to happen after I let the game running on idle (there is no way to pause the game, right?)

It’s not just silver ingots causing the “9999 Silver Sword” error to appear, but any resources for me.

Anyway, here is my report:

Is this still happening after the rollback from yesterday [1], Askolei?

All good. The rollback is working as intended: my experience with Wicked was very smooth before Hotfix 7 and it returned that way. No problem to report.

I wonder if Hotifx 7 introduced a data leak somehow because, beyond the clearly identifiable problems, the longer the game ran, the slower it got. I saw it fill 90% of my memory (which is where the problems start), but that’s no longer the case. It’s currently sitting at 83% after running for 4 hours.
