If you fall down this hole, the lava in certain areas dosnt kill you and theres also a hold in the map to fall out of 
world state is with the quest “Faith and Flame” active.

thanks :), this one dosnt seem to cause too bad of a stuck as you can walk and find a bit of fire that works to die on, or, if you find the section where you fall through the map you do hit a death plane after a really long free fall
