here the thing, i already use armor with focus gain and my total focus gain at 59%. but the focus seem like not much gain at all, i like to have a build that i can purely kill echo knight with spell while focus still full at all time. thank you for the suggestion
The games mechanics do not allow you do maintain focus while using runes.
This mechanic can be ignored largely with a unique ring that allows you to use health instead of focus.
Parry give 100 focus on success.

Not gonna happen without the ring, and that’s not gonna last.
If people can spam rune attacks, then they will nerf rune attacks out of orbit to account for their frequency.
Even worse, if all you do is chain rune attacks, then the rotation becomes one dimensional and all their work on developing the attack sets of weapons and animations goes to waste.
They want you to weave different features.
The next patch will add ranged regular attacks so you don’t get stunlocked out of generating focus on a squishier ranged build.
It still is not that bad to keep focus economy rolling.
Get a focus on kill affix for 15 focus on kills, cook fish platters for focus food, get a focus on build up affix.
Use Channel rune on a secondary weapon to top off focus in between battles.
