I find myself in a completely stuck position when it comes to player freedom. I would like to make certain weapons such as the Cronus but the Cronus requires Boar Tusks. An exceptionally hard material to acquire seeing as how it’s not easily located in one central area. Your only potentially reliable option is Grinnich- who is also random.
I think it would improve the overall player experience and the effort/reward of grinding for a weapon you’re interested in if Grinnich could be a more reliable asset to the Cerim. If he updates his stock hourly, or maybe bi-hourly then there would be a greater chance that someone like myself may find those tusks and make that weapon.
It would also be pretty great if Grinnich would offer the Cerim trades. Either select an item you want to trade for and match its value with your own offer or make them a static trade that changes hourly/bi-hourly as well. I have so many materials in my chest that may or may not be immediately useful to my particular objective and would love to give them an alternative usage since I presently don’t need them outside of new characters.
I would become the Neuron Activated monkey if I opened up the trade window and saw “Boar Tusks” as a trade item for the hour.
