Some textures of grass/plantas have a weird flashing light. I only noticed this in a few aread like the one in the video. I have the latest drivers and everything updated.
You can barely see it in the video but this are has the bug.

I also have this issue.
Indeed video does not show it very well but it is very obvious in-game.

It’s due to pixelation. Here’s my bug report regarding it. Hope this helps
