Unsure if this is a bug, but it looks like it.
Is the hat supposed to be this tilted forward and completely covering the face all the way to the chin?
I know there might be a reference to Bloodborne, but look at the Bloodborne reference:
Even that crest hat is not covering anything besides the forehead besides a downwards tilt.
