Gear Bug - Enchantments not working

Hello,

it appears that the gear enchantments are not working for me, i will attach screenshots (apologies i am only allowed to post 1 screenshot) where i have health at 203 initially, and then when i equip the new gear which increases health by 7% no shift has occured

this is replicated for gear weight being decreased as well, as this also appears to not work.

i am concerned that no gear enchantments are working but i am unable to verify

below is gear with health and armour buff not working

is there an inbox i can email the player files to?

Can you verify that you can always trigger this bug?

Minor update:

Testing from a community member has made clear that the enchantment works on other blue armor.
We’ve not had a chance yet to test with Knave’s Tunic in any capacity however.
