Gate in Lumber mill in pit after dried water don't open and bug

After cleaning Lumber mill i go down to pit after water was dried, kill 2 monsters and when was trying to get out. I puled the lever, there was no animation and it did it for 0.3 sec. Lever now pulled and gates still closed. I can get out only when start game from last whisper. Restarting game when in city doesn’t helped to.
In many ways trying to fix it normally, gates still closed

Just in case I’m using 2 mods.
Resource Master for gathering resources after the Axe, Pickaxe, and Shovel.
Mouse Placement Housing for housing decoration and structure placement.
But i use them for a long while and everything was fine

Oeh not seen that before, is it a possiblity for you to invite someone else and have them try it? That might unbug the lever?

Appreciate you including all files already! I will forward this into the proper channels.
