First of all fantastic game, really enjoying it. The bug issue is when you choose the food to assign to quick key or certain potion etc, to the other quick key. When you log out and re-log back in, the food (sometimes the other consumable item) you select is not the one you selected before logging out. Sometimes this occurs after using a whisper or doing a big boss fight. You need to check constantly before going into a confrontation, to check if your correct consumable allocated. Gone into many a fight to die when my meal is replaced with an apple or mushroom, or my other consumable is replaced by something not acceptable.
