How does the focus cost reduction gems stack? If I socket 4 of them in gloves and make it exalted, will i have 40% focus cost reduction?
Is it multiplicative or additive? Is there any cap?
I believe it will be hard to add 4 gems of the same kind to only 1 piece of gear?
Anyways if I’m not mistaken I believe 25% is what you can achieve through those focus cost reduction gems put on your 4 pieces of armor..
And to increase the reduction even further you will have to enchant the gear and look for the ones that reduces the focus cost even more, I don’t remember which of the armor pieces that doesn’t have an enchant for it..
There is other ways to reduce the focus cost ofc but I’m not going to spoil it if you have recently started playing.
In the gloves the focus cost reduction is more, up to 10% per piece.
It looks like that you can put maximum one gem type in an item 
As far I know, by gem only, maximum at 25% (Helmet, Armor, Pants, each 5%, and Glove 10%). To increase further you could add blue enchantment at helmet, which increase up to 25% (when full focus or when low health).
In theory total up to 50% focus cost decrease

I thought that i can socket 4 gems in the gloves and not 1
