I found this after the first patch updates. The video of this bug has been included in the google drive below this message.
this flicker happened after I pass below the bridge beside eleanor and the misc guy store. I tried to go around and still can reproduce the flicker in the background image (the flicker area not that big but visible enough).
I don’t think there’s someone post this bug in the forum tho. Once more, thankyou very much!
