I beat the beast in front of Sacramant, and walkd into the city, there a little boy told me to find Filmore, because I did all of this without opening the gate and when I backtrack to where Filmore should be and beat the three enemies the pnj just is not here
after u defeat the first boss you can then find him in the town square along with the other traders in sacrament,u just gotta get to the boy and then leave town and re-enter for him to appear
