The inventory management system seems to have been mentioned multiple times in the Wicked Feedback category so I’m gonna make mine short.
Remove clutter
Housing has many furniture schematics but all houses at the moment are just packed with chests because of low inventory space. Chest inventory needs to be unlimited in order for more furniture to find their way in a house.
Tiered system
All items and materials already have a Tier attached to them. Bind those tiers to an inventory progression system. Split chests into Equipment, Consumables, Materials, etc and have them start at Tier 1. Each container can only accept items of up to Tier 1.
Later down the line we should get a small task to upgrade each container doing some quest or whatever, which will allow us to craft a better version of each container, that will accept items up to Tier 2 and so on.
This still keeps inventory management relevant and even makes players interact with the system more, while not being an absolute chore.
