Fast Travel to Mariner's Keep Rampart from Sacrament

Bug - It happens fast traveling to Mariner’s keep Rampart from Sacrament.

  1. Game fully loads, or appears too.
  2. Stays on loading screen for about a minute.
  3. Kicks me back to Sacrament.

Visual bug afterwards looks like the in game does not fully render. Missing particle and environment assets.
