The game is good so far. Just tired of falling to my death for no reason.
When you arrive on the beach at the beginning, go west up to the location of the tower, which has the fast travel interaction object in the center. Climb up the ladder, and you see above you two non-perpendicular planks of wood side by side.
When I climb onto the first plank, and I click forward to allow my character to jump to the second plank, he sticks the landing, then instantly slips off, and I fall all the way down to my death. All I did was push one button. He lands, then falls. I can stick most landings in other situations, but jumping from one log to the next log and then slipping unintentionally just draws the line. I will play this game when they fix this. For now, I am taking a break from the game. I will change my review on steam once they fix it.
